-The Palestinian flag was raised outside of U.N. headquarters for the first time, declaring it a “state under occupation.”

-Afghan forces took back the city of Kunduz in an operation backed by U.S. airstrikes.

-Russia is launching airstrikes not only against ISIS but againts any enemy of Bashar al-Assad which includes rebel troops backed by the United States.

We began a powerpoint on Islam today- find it in the CWI tab.
